I saw Natalie McMaster perform about a week after her first child Mary Frances was born back in 2005 while in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. She opened her tour there. Mary Frances was crying back stage, and all of us in the audience could hear here. Natalie's mother and I were corresponding through e-mail at the time. She told me that she could not believe that her daughter was going back on tour so soon after giving birth, but that she was utterly proud of her for doing so. Wow, how time has moved on.
