I have literally tried this trick for the past ten years and never landed it. Always sketchy and always wrapped up weird when I land. I think the tantrum to "fencing move" is the trick I never knew. It makes sense. I always thought it was a whip. Good Sh!t!! #landingawhirly2017
Good stuff, great to see you trying to give back to the wakeboard community in a different and more hands on way, keep up the good work! If you can, try and get some footage from different angles, I think it would help a lot
Jack Vears Thanks a million Jack. I really appreciate the feedback!! Yeah I know the different angles is 100% something I'd like to bring into it. Sometimes organising a chase boat. But i'll do my best!
Hi David. Your vlog is briliant. Could you make some playlist for tricks for winter on trampoline. From easy to hard or step by step from beginner to pro:) or like some program for training for winter.
nice! and don't be like some of the other pros (won't mention any names) and be like alright double half cab! so medium cut pop hard and look twice 😂 I know you won't just had to put that out there!
Ryan Parsley Hey Thanks Ryan! Sorry for the delay in responding, i"ve been away traveling with barely any internet. It's actually not a requirement, however it would help. I think having a good tantrum is the only requirement. Then it's just about going for it and figuring it out from there. Good luck!
I can't spin for shit, but I've had a consistent tantrum for a long time, and I was landing on my board today trying whirly's for the first time. I'm sure having the backside 3 would help, but I don't feel it's completely necessary either. Appreciate the video by the way, I think I was missing the last 180 due to not pulling the handle back down to my hip
Hunter that's sick you're getting close. Yeah I think it would for sure help, but honestly, it's not at all necessary, specially if you're spinning the whirly no bother now!!! Go nail it!! :)
Hey David, so I ride regular and on a trampoline I backflip 360 by looking over my left shoulder. Could I still do the whirlybird that way or would I need to learn how to do it the opposite way?

Love your videos man. Especially where you analyse common mistakes, they are spot. Keep em coming!
Better and better man! Keep it up!
Slip in a "Here's one I prepared earlier" in the next clip ha!

Hey Dave, can you teach us how to do that cool Toeside Whirly BackRoll thing you do? It looks soooo sick!

hahahaha okay :) :)
I thought it was Lad's and Lassies?
Weird, because I figured out a back side whirly bird on a trampoline, and was watching random tutorials to figure out what it was.
Let's get some more how to!!! Frontmobe, 7's, detailed Backmobe, Whirly 5, TS BS spins, cuffed tricks, Pete Rose, BS Roll 2 blind. TIA
good thinking man, looking back, i've not done much advanced tricks!! Coming soon!
what is the purpose of loading weight on front foot?
kosa🤗
So I went and I gave it a go and I ended up tantrum to blind rather than the whole 360 for a whirly any tips?
ahhh very common. Try and almost do a whirly 720 to make it feel normal :) :)
Definitely buzzing to try it haha thank you
Great video! I'm looking forward to what else you have in store. For the whirly, is having a solid HS BS 3 a pre-requirement for this trick?

David i did weird whirlybird were 2 rotations what is the name about that trick?
Willimas Cabos Amaya a whirly 7. It's a whirlybird 720.
Hey David. Does this apply to kicker whirly as well?
Hey David, so I ride regular and on a trampoline I backflip 360 by looking over my left shoulder. Could I still do the whirlybird that way or would I need to learn how to do it the opposite way?
sadly the opposite way
Hey David I have a question. I have no idea what fencing is. Could you please explain it a little?
+colten houston fencing, with swords, two people at a distance then coming at eachother, google it.
Man, whats is the diferences between whirlybird and mobydick?
Lucas, so a mobydick is a handle pass backside 360, whereas the whirly is over the head :) :)
