These are some awesome figures I love your creativity with them!! For the dragonhead guy with the wings you should build an oversized gold longbow I think that would look awesome with the scale of the wings!
For golden dragon you could use golden torso. Not Aquamen's with scales but green palms and bottom, but Poseudons statue's one from third wave from Atlantis.
A spear for the golden dragon would be cool. If he is flying around, having a long weapon would be beneficial

I like when they give the mindflayer a tentacle bottom like from disney's hades or ursala. It makes them look more formidable and authentic

Cool idea! Pricey figure these days - I don't think I have one in my collection, but the torso actually isn't that expensive 🤔
