So KC, I really like that. Very simple version rather than being Casey. So I'm going to ask, but you may not wish to disclose it, but what TV show do you work at that your thee social media producer of? That has to be an interesting job no matter what show it is. I'm assuming you meet quite a few well know celebs. Anyway Your really young because you are still in those years where we have all gone through. The "breakout" years. But you look really good fresh out of the shower and makeup free and really nice without your glasses. As a retired optician I can see that your nearsighted but your glasses aren't just correcting your nearsightedness, they also appear to be providing you with a bit of a more mature and professional look as well. Being a glasses wearer have you ever considered ordering your glasses from any of the numerous on-line glasses sites? I'm sure I don't have to tell you how expensive glasses can be when purchased from the local optical store. Even with insurance most people will spend anywhere from $150.00 to well over $350.00 for their glasses. Now I'm not here to sell you anything an I'm not on anyone's payroll in case your wondering. All I'm doing is making people aware that their glasses don't need to cost them a week's pay. About 10 years ago one of the girls working in my store came to me showing me something she had heard about from a friend. It was a glasses site and as she scrolled down I was shocked at the prices of the glasses which included single vision lenses in whatever prescription necessary for under $15.00. We both thought there was no way glasses could be gotten for such a low price. But I suggested that she should order a pair of glasses in her prescription and the store would pay for them just so we could see what a $12.00 pair of glasses would look like. I wasn't even sure she would even get glasses sent to her. But about 9 or 10 days later she came into work one morning wearing the glasses she had ordered. They looked nice enough, but I wanted to take a good look at them as well as check the prescription for accuracy to see how accurate the prescription was to when my girl needed in her glasses. Th equality of the glasses was every bit as good as what our glasses were and the prescription was dead on as well. Of course once the other girls saw her glasses and heard what we had done they couldn't wait to go on-line and order glasses as well. Anyway over the next years more and more glasses sites were showing up and all of them were very good. My girls were ordering form a good number of the sites. Anyway here is 4 sites I found to be some of the best. Zenni Optical, Lensmart, Eye Buy Direct and Payne Glasses They all offer a nice selection of glasses for under $20.00. If nothing else you might find it fun to check the sites out and each of them has a virtual "try-on" available to show you how every pair would look on you. If you have any interest let me know. If you were to want to order a pair of glasses or maybe prescription sunglasses it's very easy to do. All you need to get is a copy of your prescription and be sure to have them include your PD measurement, you can look that up here in You Tube or Google it.
