I remember when this video just came out back in 2017 summer, i just started getting into eddsworld and i started going to high school. I left the fandom around early 2019 because the eddsworld amino community was really toxic at the start towards me. I'm finally turning 18 this 25th august and i still remember the day when i watched this 5 years ago on my birthday :)

Matt's not alone. We - the true fans of Eddsworld (unlike those that made Tord leave) - are with him through thick and thin. We will keep Eddsworld alive. We will keep Edd alive. And we *will* keep Edd's world spinning... Together.

First, Edd wouldn't hide from his friends and his own idea of a comedy show. Eddsworld was Edd's idea and Edd is a good man. He wouldn't hide from his friends and the internet for no reason. If Edd survived cancer, I think Tord would still be here, and Matt & Tom would make it extremely obvious Edd is alive today. The reason Tord left is all the harassment he was getting on his socials after Edd's death. These turned into death threats and it was messing with Tord's mental health. So he deleted all his socials and legally changed his name to avoid any attention. Tom made a video about it and said to leave Tord alone, and not give him attention because Tord didn't want it. Please don't spread misinformation about Edd and what truly happened to him when he had cancer. :]

This, is honestly how eddsworld should be portrayed. I'm completely blown away at how amazing something so simple and detailed can affect someone's emotions so easily. I can honestly state that this is my now favorite video.
I did cry. But I realize that all the work and effort theses animators put in.. was worth it. Edd Gould was a hero to people who watched his and his friends show. He inspired so many people (like me) to draw and animate and create their own stories. I’m glad I joined the community in time to witness it all. Thank you for making this. Thank you for dedicating it to Edd. Thank you for... recreating this precious memory that The trio made live on. Long live Edd Gould!
You should make your own show!! I would definitely watch it. But look on the bright side, Edd is in heaven so he won't have to deal with cancer anymore, and plus he's with God! He can pretty much do anything now, like.. swim in a pool of cola or continue the show up in heaven. When your time comes you will get to meet him! :)
This whole MAP reminded me of the good times in Eddsworld and it almost made me cry because the song and the MAP both radiate happiness, I couldn't thank you and all the people who animated this enough.

Ya’ll, I cried after reading some of the comments, I really miss Edd, I wish he never died and that Tom didn’t quit Eddworld, and that Tord left the fandom, I’m glade Matt hasn’t left. Let’s all hope that Matt keeps on making EddsWorld... T-T Edit- When I finished watching this I broke down into tears, my mom came in and she was like “Are you okay?!” And I said “N-no...” so I showed he this animation, and when it finished. I was about to explain the characters to her, and I said “ B-blue is Tom.... Red is T-To-..... “ and started crying again.. We All Miss You Edd! We Miss All Of You! How this reminds me of the good old eddsworld days. Now most of the crew has left and edds gone and all of us fans of eddsworld depend on matt now. If only there were a true way to make eddsworld less complicated to deal with for him. where the eddsworld cast is now Tom: he started a new channel called tomska and is doing very well and is keeping eddsworld alive by keeping refrences in his various prodjects Matt: he is now on twitter and is quite popular he has a few channels but he has canceled them all out Tord: he has gone fully we have no race because he fled eddsworld and got rid of all social medias as he was getting some bad stuff from fans Edd: (heartbreaking) Edd has passed and is above us his world is still spinning with all of his friends being there to hear his final wish to keep eddsworld alive which they did and gave eddsworld a proper rest My opinion: i think eddsworld should be brung back and even get the old or new tord i dont mind i think it could come brack through toms show crash zoom any thoughts?

Ahh... The memories, nastolgia and... Much more. I'm not good with words but this is the most "this is home" kind of moment for me.. Even though I don't interact with the fandom as much as before, I'm still glad I got to see it form a lot of good memories. This is actually the first fandom I got myself to interact more woth people online! But through 2016 - 2018 was mostly toxic people so I haven't touched it in years before coming back to it. How this reminds me of the good old eddsworld days. Now most of the crew has left and edds gone and all of us fans of eddsworld depend on matt now. If only there were a true way to make eddsworld less complicated to deal with for him. Cause now, folks are harassing Matt's wife for the most ridiculous of reasons and some think eddsworld is just some yaoi bait. Honestly, it breaks my heart to see eddsworld fall apart like this. Even when it's most of the fandoms fault. But ya know, we all learn from our mistakes and hopefully we could all make eddsworld into something greater.

Tom: he started a new channel called tomska and is doing very well and is keeping eddsworld alive by keeping refrences in his various prodjects
Matt: he is now on twitter and is quite popular he has a few channels but he has canceled them all out
Tord: he has gone fully we have no race because he fled eddsworld and got rid of all social medias as he was getting some bad stuff from fans
Edd: (heartbreaking) Edd has passed and is above us his world is still spinning with all of his friends being there to hear his final wish to keep eddsworld alive which they did and gave eddsworld a proper rest
My opinion: i think eddsworld should be brung back and even get the old or new tord i dont mind i think it could come brack through toms show crash zoom any thoughts?
They are making a new episode next week, i think if tord came back he might not have as much people harassing him cause they've grown up a bit now but some people never change but i wouldnt blame him for not comming back he left for a reason. Im glad matt is keeping his world alive

Ahh... The memories, nastolgia and... Much more. I'm not good with words but this is the most "this is home" kind of moment for me.. Even though I don't interact with the fandom as much as before, I'm still glad I got to see it form a lot of good memories. This is actually the first fandom I got myself to interact more woth people online! But through 2016 - 2018 was mostly toxic people so I haven't touched it in years before coming back to it.
