You are allowed to work full time on a dependent visa so you really have to explain to Migri why you want a work permit as your status is based on your spouse and dependent visa allows you full time work. Please check with Migri as they can guide you better

And university reply to me that we have only one way of verification for UAS exam which is biometric passport and they said that we can't accept any other normal passport or other identity proof! Please give any solution i am too affraid.
E-passport is only required if you are applying for a bachelor degree through joint application and you have to participate in an online entrance exam. If you cannot provide an e-passport then the only solution is applying through SAT score. Unfortunately, it is a new policy and students cannot do much about it.

Not possible in most of the cases. Companies do not offer jobs on a visit visa. First question that is asked if you have a right to work in a country or not. You can apply for bachelor on your FSc/inter but you need a SAT score OR pass an entrance exam + interview to get an admission.
