My advice would be concerning the heat strip is obviously figure out proper heat kit for this unit. And most importantly get a licensed electrician to run the wire from the panel to the heater. Nice work.
I retired 3 yrs ago after 40 yrs in our trade. The companies I worked for did both service and install. Although I primarily did commercial work at times we would do residential. 1 day I would be servicing a 40 ton RTU. The next day installing a 4 ton residential unit. I always made it clear to my service managers ( after I had enough experience) My job is not to be a electrician. I'm quite capable but all it takes is one mistake and bad things happen. I see you're starting off, good for you this trade is demanding. Take your time, don't be afraid to ask questions to senior techs. I wish you nothing but success.

@@LeoLoder yeah I sent that information over to our install team.

@@LeoLoder that’s awesome and thank you
Had to parkour just to service this thing
Is this an old house? It looks tight in there. I would imagine they would design it with more space so you can stand up. (Like my house)
@@TheColorOfIce Most single level homes have a horizontal system but I agree that the placement for this system could have been better.
Terrible install
