As a fellow neurodivergent being who suffers from chronic anxiety and depression, it is often difficult for me to see the good and beauty in the world. You help me remember that most people on this earth, our fellow travelers, are of the same mindset. We all want to feel loved, worthy and important. I struggle with the clash between finding inner peace and fighting injustices. Anger and judgement are useful as motivators to take action against oppression in its various forms, but it does cause us to suffer. I've found ways to deal with that; it's an ongoing journey.
