At the time I didn't know that it was an ABBA song, but love this version, and you're right it was very good for when we were all going through lockdown and the pandemic. If also gives me a lot of Greek vibes, which I hadn't realised before until listening to this just now.
This song was immensely huge in many European countries back then in 1979. A big hit here in Germany as well. Frida's voice is incredibly beautiful and warm - timeless!
At the ABBA concert I went to, a local kids choir came out in the middle of the song and sang the chorus. Also Dancing Queen was the last song and I was jumping up and down and Agnetha laughed at me.

Another great reaction, Dereck. I Have A Dream was never one of my favourites but over time I've grown to like it more and the message it imparts is so relevant- particularly at this time when the world is so troubled. The song has been accused of being cheesy but everyone likes a bit of cheese, don't they? When's that ever been a bad thing? And Frida's vocal is as flawless as ever. You have many gems yet to discover in ABBA's back catalogue. Watching you react to them has rekindled my love for the songs (and the group) all over again so thank you for that.

after ABBA recoded this for the voulez vous album they went on tour and many times they would sing this in concert with local childrens choirs in towns and cites the went to. am sure there is a live version of this on youtube if you are interested to watch it

It's deep indeed. It's obviously referring to Christianity. "I believe in angels" (Biblical angels) "When i know the time is right for me, i cross the stream" (This is like hearing my preacher every Sunday). When you die you cross the stream into heaven. But then they say it's a fantasy and a dream which makes me wonder if they are mocking Christianity or praising it.
Although the song seems to divide ABBA fans (some think the children's choir was a bit too sugary sweet), I have always loved it. It's a real anthem of hope, beautifully performed and arranged. Another recommendation would be "Our Last Summer", a stand-out track from the Super Trouper album. A wistful ballad with a stunning Frida lead and exquisite vocal harmonies. It's also one of Agnetha's personal ABBA favorites.

You asked for suggestions, so here is my suggestion.: I would love to watch you react to the song called What about Livingston, released on their 1974 album Waterloo. The Wikipedia synopsis of the song describes it as a song that "admonished Swedish youth for their disinterest in great explorers". The Guardian said the song had "weird lyrics". The Telegraph seems baffled that such a song exists, commenting "believe it or not, there’s an Abba song called What About Livingstone? Thx Dereck ! It's not guitar, and not sitars North Africa , But Of Bouzouki , a kind of guitar Greek Traditional with more rope. They had to use a traditional Greek formation, such as the mandolins of the Italian quartet on the title. ONE OF US.

The bouzouki, also spelled buzuki or buzuci, is a musical instrument popular in Greece. A nice review and I think, Dereck has now reviewed all the songs from the original Voulez-Vous 10 track album except 'The King Has Lost His Crown', one that often gets over looked. Interestingly he has review both songs that were recorded in Spanish and the singles released either side of the 1979 album, Summer Night City and Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!. The only other 2 completed tracks from this ABBA period were 'Lovelight' (The B-side of Chiquitita) and 'Dreamworld', a song ditched at the time of recording that was completed but felt unsuitable. There are a couple of demo's associated with 'Voulez-Vous' that were never completed. 'Just A Notion' and Rubber Ball Man', eventually released as part of the 1994 'Undeleted' demo. So Dereck is going to need to dig deeper into ABBA history to complete his own ABBA education! 'Our Last Summer' and 'The Way Old Frinds Do' and essential from 'Super Trouper', ;Move On', One Man One Woman', and the three 'Mini musical' songs from The Album. 'Two For The Price Of One' is the only song from 'The Visitors' Dereck hasn't listened to and there's a whole catalogue of earlier ABBA songs 1972-76 that Dereck has barely touched on from the 'Ring Ring', 'Waterloo', 'ABBA' and 'Arrival' albums. Although the song seems to divide ABBA fans (some think the children's choir was a bit too sugary sweet), I have always loved it. It's a real anthem of hope, beautifully performed and arranged.
Another recommendation would be "Our Last Summer", a stand-out track from the Super Trouper album. A wistful ballad with a stunning Frida lead and exquisite vocal harmonies. It's also one of Agnetha's personal ABBA favorites.

You asked for suggestions, so here is my suggestion.: I would love to watch you react to the song called What about Livingston, released on their 1974 album Waterloo. The Wikipedia synopsis of the song describes it as a song that "admonished Swedish youth for their disinterest in great explorers". The Guardian said the song had "weird lyrics". The Telegraph seems baffled that such a song exists, commenting "believe it or not, there’s an Abba song called What About Livingstone? I love this song and I think that hearing your reaction to it will help me figure out why I like it or if I should like it at all.

The bouzouki, also spelled buzuki or buzuci, is a musical instrument popular in Greece. It is a member of the long-necked lute family, with a round body with a flat top and a long neck with a fretted fingerboard.
A nice review and I think, Dereck has now reviewed all the songs from the original Voulez-Vous 10 track album except 'The King Has Lost His Crown', one that often gets over looked. Interestingly he has review both songs that were recorded in Spanish and the singles released either side of the 1979 album, Summer Night City and Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!. The only other 2 completed tracks from this ABBA period were 'Lovelight' (The B-side of Chiquitita) and 'Dreamworld', a song ditched at the time of recording that was completed but felt unsuitable. There are a couple of demo's associated with 'Voulez-Vous' that were never completed. 'Just A Notion' and Rubber Ball Man', eventually released as part of the 1994 'Undeleted' demo. So Dereck is going to need to dig deeper into ABBA history to complete his own ABBA education! 'Our Last Summer' and 'The Way Old Frinds Do' and essential from 'Super Trouper', ;Move On', One Man One Woman', and the three 'Mini musical' songs from The Album. 'Two For The Price Of One' is the only song from 'The Visitors' Dereck hasn't listened to and there's a whole catalogue of earlier ABBA songs 1972-76 that Dereck has barely touched on from the 'Ring Ring', 'Waterloo', 'ABBA' and 'Arrival' albums. The only remaining song from ABBA GOLD not reviewed is 'Thank You For The Music'.

They made it clear that they were never recording as a band again and a year ago I heard rumours that they might come back...Wha...,

In the Spanish version, I find their singing is more heartedly. While this is a bit more orchestrated.
