Thank you to everyone who entered our 600,000 subscriber giveaway on instagram and Facebook! We decided to giveaway 2 Jerseys instead of 1 and the two winners were: @JRowlandFishing on Instagram and Travis Buoy on Facebook!
Thank you for joining BASS. I quit watching them a few years ago because of the MLF but you have rekindled my interest and with the FS1 live stream plus your youtube series I am back on board. Can't wait to see you let your dad hoist that Classic trophy!!
Scott me and my father would watch your dad every weekend. Then when my father passed several years ago I found our fishing gear and I started pulling video to re-teach myself. Your videos where the first I found. Last year I entered my first BFL and after this year I hope to get a boat and do local tournaments as well as co on the opens. Continue with your videos. I know we will be seeing you in the classic next year.
Love that first fish on day 2 - we got a "Biggun" a "Five Pounder" and of course a "Dude" The Scott Martin trifecta! Great comeback Scott it was fun watching you climb up the leaderboard on BassLive and BassTracker.
Loved the Guntersville series, so awesome to watch the comeback...next tourney make it so you don't need to have a comeback. Put that hammer down from hour #1 boy!!! Think about it this way, You got something from fishin this tournament that is worth more than $$$...You now have knowledge that Guntersville has grass mat's to punch, flip and frog. Knowledge is priceless and now you have knowledge for life on that lake. Stop fooling around and get you that blue trophy Scott! Wooosaaaahhhh!
Ever time you set that hook my heart skips. I love your channel and you inspire me to be a better fisherman. You show me the challenges, the intelligence, the drive, and the pure joy of bass fishing for a living. I have learned so many techniques from watching your channel. You got this and I can't wait to watch you win.
Your 'show' is what I have been watching for the past few months instead of 'regular television'. True life is infinitely more interesting and the quality of SMC content just keeps getting better and better. Canterbury and Arey make it even more fun. You keep cranking 'em out, and I'll keep watching.
I grew up fishing G.. before it was a grass lake! It was stumps and shore line before off shore fishing became popular.. thanks to guys like your Dad and Bill Dance. My biggest fish from Guntersville came in 2010..weighed 8.5 on the old Zebco Deliar.
10.2 and a 9.4 the very first day I ever fished Guntersville. The rest of the week I was sick and it POURED the rain ALL WEEK. But in the many trips back a 7 and a bunch in the 4-6 pounds. I love the lake.
Great job on Guntersville!!! Thank you for letting us follow along on your journey. I'm rooting for you. I know your time will come to finish that family business!!!
I’m a bit behind on your videos, I’m currently stationed out in Germany. But it’s great to see all the excitement from you! You went through adversity on day 1 to making the cut! Congratulations and keep it up Scott! I hope to meet you, when I get back to the States!
Great job Scott. I have been watching your videos since the Pickwick Tournament. My one and only time on Guntersville Lake, I caught a 7.5 lb large mouth. Keep up the good work. Look forward to you winning the Bass Master Classic.
Thanks for the question. I just got into fishing about 2 years ago. We live in VA now, but travelled down to G-ville to surprise my Dad for Father’s Day. I went out in the canoe for a bit and caught about a 5 pounder. I was using a dial scale at that time, so it’s a rough estimation. Thanks for the great content! The new videos are awesome! Take care!🎣👊🏼
Awesome comeback! My biggest down there was about 7..but my partner caught a 10lb 8oz our first trip and a 10lb 15oz our second..we had a 35lb bag that first time..but that was before Howell showed the world just how amazing that place is so it just keeps gitn tougher.
Mr. Scott, you have been my role model for fishing along with your dad. You have gave me the wheel power to not give up even on tough day. You continue to inspire me on every video you do. I always watch to prep for my tournaments. Thanks
Was exciting to see the days play out and make that run towards the cut. I just fished a tournament on Table Rock 2 weeks ago and we finished 7th out of 81, then fished a Strike King big bass tourny there yesterday and I caught 1 keeper all day. Humbling days make you reflect and adjust. Great job! Go Easy!
I watched a little bit of BASS Live as well and could not believe when I watched your Guntersville vids that you weren't fishing the flipping bite. I figured for sure that is what you'd be doing. Still a damn fine comeback and great finish. Keep up the great vids and good luck in the next tourney.
Thank you for these videos Scott I’m sure it takes a lot of time and energy to make these but when I see a new Scott Martin video pop up it makes my day so much better
Scott you gave it your best & that's all you could ask for. The next Lake is going to be your Lake !! By the way I watched your Dad last night which he catch two 10 plus. That was great seeing him again. Good luck bro. Really enjoy your videos thank you so much. Also enjoy watching Hillary as well.
Guntersville has had so much pressure over the past 10 or 15 years it's crazy. Love the fact that there's more people fishing but it makes it tougher than ever.
Thanks for taking the time to break down the lake for us Scott you’re a true champion. And thank you to your family for allowing you to the devote the time to your fans. You will win soon!!!!!!
Love the hindsight look at the tournament. Reminds me of the day in perspective series Bassmaster had years ago in the magazine. I Literally rewind my day after every tournament to see what I could have done differently.
We appreciate what you do man, I love the tournament videos. And I believe you are right the guys that are just chucking baits and not entertaining us got bait in the water longer. Appreciate you man.
I wish tournament season wasn't almost finished. I've learned a lot about bass fishing and actually caught 2 bass in a hour in a little lake here in Wisconsin. I've always just caught pan fish, so I was pretty excited. They were just a couple pounders but fun to catch. Thanks for the cool videos and good luck.
I Always respect your humbleness and your sincerness when you do those videos..i love Smc team .you are a true model and the best bass angler out there..you tallk sence ..keep up boss your goal is near and very soon you will score ..your the best n ..may God bless ya always.🐟🎣..

Great tournament! Keep up the good work! Versatility, my Man, versatility...you're on your way to bringing it home and cementing the legacy. You are rock'n it!
Thank you Scott for all the fine videos over the years! Your crew is AWESOME! Your back in Florida and I'm moving out to another state, tried this state for over 11 years, it's too dang hot for me! In 2 weeks I move
That's really good to hear how you process the tourneys I started fishing little club tournaments and there is definitely a lot of would've and should've and could've going on in my head too. I've been enjoying your channel since I started fishing.thank you and keep em coming
Hey brother, I have that never give up attitude an always stay versatile an try what your gut tells you, an I owe that to you so thanks Scott your a good role model for the younger generation, an us old guys too ...😎
i fished Guntersville the very first time during the Bass Master Classic 50th , was a good time . I got to follow fellow Ga angler Micah Frazier on the water on day 2
My biggest on gville is 7.6. Fished that lake for years. Stopped fishing it when the eel grass showed up and the killing of the milfoil began. All my friends keep saying the lake fishes different and the fish aren’t there, but all the top guys were doing things I would have done and have done in the past. So maybe it hasn’t changed that much. 8ft has and still seems to be that miracle depth.
Never fished Guntersville Scott maybe someday.I’m pulling for you Bro for the next tournament. I think your a class act and enjoy your videos. Keep them coming.
You're the man, Scott! I live in Bham so I've fished Guntersville and many other spots on the Tenn River. I prefer Wheeler lake (because I have a camp there). The biggest I've caught was 4 lb largemouth on Guntersville and a 4.5 smallie on Wheeler. A 4.5 smallie feels like a 15lb largemouth 😂, especially on light spinning tackle.
Great job! What a awesome come back! That is what makes you so great. You was talking a the the defender rod I brought to off them the new ones with the cork handle man I use them for the first time today frog fishing what a rod! Scott keep up the good work and Videos speaking of videos it’s time for you and Hillary to have a one on one. I think you scared lol. Love ya man!
I just want to tell you my five year old girl has to say we gotsta go every morning from me saying it to her. Love your positivity and content thank you 🙏
Believe it or not I’ve only been to Guntersville one time and was lucky enough to catch a 9.89. Not my PB but definitely top3. Thanks for the content Scott!
Great comeback!! Oh so close and poor Matt loosin those two fish, keep one and he made that cut! But love the work you and that team y’all put in for the quality videos. Thank you sir. Also for explanation of classics.
I have only fished in California and Arizona but my pb is 6.5lbs. Caught it on a jig with a craw trailer. And coincidentally it was my very first bass ever!!
