In Australia the name for chou chou is chokoes. A chemist once told me that chokoes are used, as a fill in I suppose, in jams.

Those greens are called 'pois carré' (translated to square bean) but they are also called Goa Beans. Just stir fry them with meat like you would string beans. My mum puts them in chicken curry :)

This video only can show how bad the sanitary protocols are not well maintained in these markets. Overcrowded, masks not well or not worn by many.. 🙄🤔Why are there no strict control in these places

Eating my fav pizza watching this with a can of Pasito soft drink. Yep. Bilimbi. East with salt and chili or make a marmalade with sugar. Sand... My dad used to roast peanuts in sand. With the coriander, cut 2 cm from the root and replant.. Salty fish, Bombli aka Bombay duck :-). Don't cook inside the house as the smell will linger for days. I had these beans before but I can't remember its name. He said " le pois carre" or square beans. My cousin had a rosaille tree. That boulette bowl... yummy,

Love to try Bilimbi Marmalade. We tried with the coriander, but it died, we keep it in a jug in the fridge and it seems to work ok. Thanks for the Bombay duck info. The boulette was yum
