That ending scene where Summer looks shocked and confused and Morty is completely neutral faced is a perfect representation of their personalities. Rick's adventures make Summer intruigued, and she emotionally indulges in them. Morty is usually left to clean up Rick's mess, and as such, has taken all of his emotions out of space related things that went on.
I think it has to do more with experience than personality but the rest of your claims are on point
He just got used to seeing weird stuff because of rick
it's based on experience if morty being subjected to that wasn't *THE ENTIRE POINT* of the show then he would be equally as shocked

Jerry really had a point in Beth’s childishness. She’s finally realizing it in recent seasons, but she’s been longing for a father figure that never cared, and Rick is realizing how badly he feels for being that kind of father, rather than simply acknowledging his awful behavior and moving on

The design for Blim Blam is so perfectly ambiguous.

Fact remains, he still puts his arm out to keep her behind him. He's clearly making himself into a wall to protect Beth. It cannot be argued.
Not to mention that in the universe where earth was cronemberged, they both showed their true colors and their relationship ended up being what it should be, closing their story arch. The one from this planet havent reached that point yet.
Not to mention when Jerry was being chased by a homeless man with a broken bottle he locked himself in the car and left Beth to fend for herself...
I like the little touch that the translator also translates his emotional state instead of his language alone so he doesn't come out sounding like a google translate or something
I like how Blim Blam doesn't understand the concept of the garage door, but as soon as it opens, he understands that its way too slow. I feel like that's a tiny continuity thing on their part, but still funny nonetheless. :D

+Average Players Not really. Jerry is unemployed, has no source of income, is disliked by the entire household, but says that beth doesn't support the family when she's the only one supporting it. He also says that beth only cares about herself but jerry is the only one who wants rick gone to begin with. Not only that but jerry's perception of a perfect day, as seen in episode 4, is one where he doesn't see either of his kids and he bangs his wife who is like a doll and doesn't react in anyway, it's obvious that jerry only cares about himself. It's a pretty huge hole in his argument that his biggest points apply to himself as well, and sometimes in a bigger way than they do to beth.
+kyle cyrus to be fair I think when Jerry said Beth didn't support the family, he meant emotionally not financially. Which he's entirely correct. Beth never seems to really care for her children or husband, in fact she seems to have contempt for them. Whenever Jerry or the kids need her support more often than not she disrespects her husband and disregards her kids.This could probably stem from her own self loathing and insecurity about her profession. She constantly apologizes for Rick's actions despite the affects and dangers they could have on her family because she doesn't want him to leave again. Which IS selfish. Lol basically Beth is a royal bitch who needs a serious attitude adjustment.
SuperKami Guru46 Jerry never supports the family emotionally or financially either though so I don't really think he has a right to bring that up. Not defending Beth or anything, one of the great things about rick and morty is that all the characters are terrible people, except bird person.
kyle cyrus Not true in both cases. Both consoled Morty in the Morty Jr. episode when they saw the interview on TV about Morty Jr. writing a book about how 'abusive' Morty was as a father.
Jerry still has one up on her, though. He's constantly concerned with Morty being taken out of school to go on Rick's "adventures", something a RESPONSIBLE, CARING adult would be concerned about.
Whereas, Beth is willing to overlook that because she's scared that if she confronts Rick about it he might leave her (again).
Also when Beth wanted to prove that she could perform surgery on a deer and save it's life, WHO went out of his way to manipulate the cops and guards so that she could have the chance she wanted to prove herself?

I think my favorite part of all this is Morty and Summer coming home, seeing an alien emerge from Rick's lab, and just opening the door for it. No questions, no reactions, just another day.

How to write a lovable character in under 3 minutes.
I like how they scream at each other, but the second something scary like the alien gets to them Beth goes behind Jerry to shield herself.
I absolutely love how this character is in the entire series for 2 minutes, and yet he's one of the best characters in the series
