1hr to go 13miles ain't too shabby - At my old shop, it once took me 47min to go 1.5 blocks in Ojus/Aventura. There's an intersection there where everyone would run the lights. As such, there's always gridlock and no other way to get home without a 20min SW detour, just to come back NE and THEN correct course and head home. Took me 2yrs to sell the place and move up to Hollywood

Yes, I agree that Tesla is ugly and secondly here in California we’ve been having rolling blackouts because of the power and the heat being up to 110 in some areas, so what are the electric people gonna do when they have no power to charge up😂😂😂😂

Hey Cj, I been following you since you first started. I'm over here in south jersey near Philly. Just got a 26 ft box truck. Would you recommend those gigg apps for a box truck? Could I do it solo or need a helper? What kind of $$ you think I could potentially earn. I need to do something while my MC authority is aging. Need 6 mos to get real work.
I suggest you watch Mark the Mentor channel, he specializes in box truck business. Gig apps are good for all size vehicles. You should try Curri, Dispatch and Frayt. Some apps have loads specifically for box trucks. You can work solo long as you have a ramp or lift gate. Probably need a pallet jack as well. You should also sign up for CB Driver. Great for contract routes with a box truck.

Oh, as far as the mobile wifi, does Verizon allow customers to get more than 1? Might be more advantageous to get a 2nd one for your home. Something to consider.
I believe you can add more than 1. They each have their own line. $30 for each line, so that is something to consider. Great idea 👍🏾

Because of my passive income, I do not have to include the cost of my van loan and insurance, which is about $1,200 combined per month. My daily costs include gas $60-80 per week, and maint, $70 to $80 every 3 months. It's about $10 per day of gas, $26 per month maintenance (85 cents) per day. So, around $12 per day. If I did not have my passive income to help fund the business, it would be about $52 per day. So, I would try to make $250 to $300 per day if that were the case.
