I fried lamb chops this past Sunday, and they came out awesome! I used my grandmother's 80yr cast iron skillet frying them using ghee and the temperature that you used. I also make my own no-salt seasoning spice blend, much the same as yours. My wife loved the chops, in fact she ate two..Thanks for sharing..
Yo man...I am sure you are the best damn cook on here...no bull...you don't bull...simple and raw...great job again...tired of all these people faking it man
Great video I like lamb but it’s too expensive for my taste just like oxtails. But I do try to eat both of them at least twice a year. Could you please tell me how many minutes per side you fry your lamb chops and what type of oil should I cook them in other than the oil that you have which I don’t have? Thanks
Good sir, can i start by saying how much i love your channel? How do you do your lamb chops? Its the only lamb ive ever cooked and it smelled and taste bad. Im not picky but thats what it was. Much love from canada, across Detroit
Thank for watching. I hate to tell you, but you may have gotten bad lamb. I would start with my butcher first and try the cook again. The meat should smell fresh and taste great. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.
I've never fried lamb chops..I'm going to try that. I usually marinate the chops overnight with olive oil and garlic, and grill with a two zone fire. My wife likes hers well done, so I use a two zone fire in my Weber grill. My boss is Muslim, last year I went with him to a halal farm where he slaughtered a lamb according to Islamic law..it was an experience to say the least. Later, he gifted me with a couple pounds of lamb chops. They were the best I've ever eaten.
I've never had lamb chops but these look amazing. Thanks for the upload. Thumbs-up 👍

I use beef tallow and 2-3 min a side depending on your dunness.
