Yep, everyone is going to experience some kind of issues with nuts becoming loose over time. As I had to address these issues, I went ahead and replaced the nuts with new high quality ones and also got nylon washers too. Using lock tight is recommended. After doing these improvements I've had no issues. After doing these maintenance updates I'm completely satisfied with this model. (Just for any readers having loose nut issues, it's a simple repair, don't be afraid to do these updates yourself. As for the torque requirements, just tighten down hard until the nut won't move anymore).
