Never heard a similar voice. There's a tone in her voice that goes straight to the heart. Better technical singers like Floor out there, but no one else has that sweet touch for me. She sounds a lot deeper when talking normally, you should check that out. One wouldn't imagine these tones coming out from her based on her talking voice.
Great song. This is an epic concert. Have it on Blu-ray and it's fantastic. A must have for any WT fans. She has an amazing, angelic voice. No other compares. Sharon is an amazing singer and person. So down to earth. 🥰🤘

Within Temptation is wonderful and magical. She is in real life also a very sweet person. She has a voice of an Angel. We are very lucky in the Netherlands with such talent as Sharon, Floor, Ogene, Davina Michelle and so many more.

Sharon does have a lower register she sings in which sounds good too. In their newer songs she mostly keeps her voice in that lower/middle range which is an appealing tone .. then she will sprinkle in the high falsetto notes to add to the mix. Also the band is always evolving their sound which I like.. they don’t like to stay stagnant like many other bands do. I like their newer stuff as much as their older stuff. You will probably like the MV to the song Memories .. she stays in her high angelic voice for most of that song. 🤟🏻

I pick up three titles, as a kind of a roundup of their style. *Arms of the Ocean* And it's not even their most haunting song *Snow White and Rose Red* Feat. Ulli Perhonen _(Snow White Bood)_ *Deadly Diminuendo* For some uncommon vocal technique. Many other good and interesting songs by them, they just released they first album. Zora's voice is uniquely sweet. Maybe more mairmaid than angel, but still…
I was there that evening. Once in a lifetime concert! One of the best concerts i've ever been to. Metal and a Orchestra go so well together. (She had a cold that evening she said, and yet a great performance. (Try Epica, simone simons has a great voice as well and did something similar with the album classical conspiracy)
Nobody has her voice. People love to bring up Floor or Tarja but they don't compare, to me. They have that opera voice, sure, but that type of voice gets tiring and boring after the first few songs. Sharon has an absolutely magical voice. She sings like an angel, she can sound fragile, but then can go deep too. She has THE best voice in the symphonic metal scene, hands down. My favorite singers are Sharon den Adel and Amy Lee. Very different styles of singing AND music, but damn... there is no one that compares to either of them. Well, maybe the Dame Pandora, from Dark Sanctuary, actually, but Dark Sanctuary is an entirely different genre. Still, 3 of the best. Never get tired of their voice. Within Temptation is great but want to say something else, We Dutch grew up with English because all the television programs we watched were with subtitles, so as a little child we were hearing English from TV all the time and that's why we are so good at English as a second language. Watching TH-cam for example HxC without subtitles improves our English language even more, that the only reason I watch..........:) No great channel you have, love it...

Sharon was so young but her voice had a little more power and grit since this was during the heavier early years of the band. The visual quality is poor (just old tech, so probably not reaction worthy) but the sound is good and I think you'll really enjoy the performance.
