Once one of the best principal we have seen in JNV kombo Sir N.Kumar got transferred after various staffs complained him at the regional office. He was highly energetic. Used to work more than watchman during night and wake up early before P.T. Sir. Provided good quality food and system. Was strict to Teachers and staffs too. They were pushed hard for good outcome in teaching quality. JNV Kombo , Aalo got 3rd Position in Best Perfomance in 10th Results in the Entire North East Region during 2009 during our Principal's extra effort. I feel a similar story here. Let's wait if there's any fair committee report.
Our people lack all the qualities of professionalism, sincerity, dedication and honesty.. We are so used to being paid without any hardwork. And when someone points out or strict about the work, we start drag down that person.
She is my sister in law from my neighbouring village.... I know she is very strict at times but also arrogant at other times... She's saying that the teachers/staff are at fault.... Teachers are saying she abused them.. But the main question is why did she make her driver to work as domestic help... That is very wrong... She should be given show cause notice for that. And proper investigation should be carried out..only then we'll know the truth.... When she was head at SLSA chimpu, there was complaint from her staff there too. May be there has been lack of work efficiency among your staff but throwing the files, scolding, abusing etc.,is it a sign of a responsible and accountable DDO ? I think she instantly forgot what the interviewer asked her. Instead of telling us about the allegations against her, she started to narrate her DDSE service story. Strictness doesn't have to be rude or misbehaved. You can humbly talk to lazy teacher to become smart teacher. Set some examples and best teacher award in the district with a certificate and cash amount of rs 5 lakhs. Also fixing the problem of teachers such as repairing of teachers quarter, school fan, water connection, electricity in school etc. Spread love, same love will return to you.
Restrict in ur administration is good but the way you behave and talk with ur subordinate staff might go something wrong. Though you are in top position of education department in the district but behave/talk with ur staff in proper way so that you can have cooperation from ur staff. One more thing you have committed mistake is that you have recovered rs 20000(twenty thousand) only from ur driver without any guilty of driving away the maid.

Pagal aurat. When I first watched her interview I thought she is absolutely correct but not after watching the interviews of the staffs she oppressed.
Govt etna xam conduct karke eligible candidate ko lata hai apna teachr k liye.bt koi parents apna bacha ko private mai bejtha hai.ds is serious problm ..sach mai aise he chalta raha kal ko govt teachr ka jaruri nh hoga.
Aunty thoda govt school ka halat bhi dekho. This time i had my centre in lohit and i couldn't help but overhear two teachers lamenting about the sorry state of the infrastructure. According to them labs etc toh unke zamaane me hi behtar tha. And i can tell because I was giving exam in a so called classroom that looked like a bus stand waiting shed Or cowshed. Hadh hai.
