But my question is under the "Certificate of Sponsership" whether i need to work under the same designation as mentioned in COS or i can switch to other job with different employer or i can able to do other job under the samd employer? Please help me on this?

No you can’t work for another employer, you should get paid by employer who sponsored visa(issued COS)
