I'm fascinated, but the continuity is very poor. At around 10:26, one minute the "outer shell" plate is present next to the concrete, then it vanishes. That suggests they have completely disassembled the tensioning device and so forth, all of which is not shown.

Don't know whether the guy was playing with speedometer or otherwise.. .. should have shown its connection to the other tools
