- After blowing a water pump last Friday night on his first pass at RT66 Dave VerSchave comes back with his show winning '55 Chevy Gasser with a Pump Gas 496ci and sets his best ET to date with a 10.46@127.49mph on his first pass and then hangs them high on the next pass enroute to a 10.54@127.41mph at RT66 Test n Tune 9-26-14
55 Chevys are one of the coolest cars ever...and in gasser form they really look great!
I'm not a big fan of the gasser, but they are still rad as as shit. I want a 55 Chevy too

This version (by slightly modified name only) does a fine job of representing the original early 60's Hot Rod Magazine cover car '32 Ford Sedan :"Orange Crate" built by BobTindle of Portland, Oregon. Dunno if the original could come close to running 10's like this quick '55 does. Excellent reactions by Dave for sure!
