    Oatmeal is rich in fiber, and it makes smoothies satisfyingly thick and ultra filling. This oatmeal smoothie will keep you full all morning. If you dont like banana, skip it.

    Take oats+berries to a whole new level of deliciousness with this thick and creamy oats smoothie bowl.This will keep you satisfied for hours with plenty of fiber, protein, and healthy fat. Smoothie bowls also mean toppings. That’s the entire point of a smoothie bowl, right? I topped mine with some strawberry slices, pumpkin seeds and some chopped almonds the kind of thing you eat with a spoon which I think we can all agree is the best part!

    If you feel like smoothies never seem to keep you full for more than 30 minutes, you might want to look into adding some ingredients that help bulk them up like oats, nut butter, and chia seeds.

    1 medium bannaa
    1 cup strawberry
    1 teaspoon vaniila extract
    1 tablepsoon honey
    2/3 cup yogurt
    1/2 cup milk
