Lemongrass and hot coconut oil added. That's definitely Balinese sambal called 'sambal matah'. Need more chili, though. We Indonesian love our sambal extra spicy. Overall, it's a good recipe. From 🇮🇩

Sambal is supposed to be a kind of droed red chill paste with a little bit of onion and ginger garlic.
Kind of like how chutney paste in india.

Sambal in the video looks like Sambal Matah, and it is pretty accurate with mixed of chillies, shallots, lemongrass, lime, and coconut oil.
