Wow...this does not speak well of Toledo AT ALL. Not even the homeless are willing to go there. Where are all the colorful tent cities scattered along the downtown sidewalks? ... the lunatics standing at street corners screaming at cars as they go by? This will not do! It's an insult! This is a call to big cities to start sharing some of your homeless. Give Toledo a break...send a few hundred there.
