Great stuff guys. In my humble experience, a surprisingly high % of regs (even at mids+) are all over the place with their sizings in 3bet pots. Some just copy/paste their SRP sizings, some always go 25/33% no matter the board, etc. At least when it happens, I know they aren't using R**. :/ (the R-abbreviation shall not be pronounced).
Someone please explain this to me , previous vids and numerous other poker content a big size is preferred on a flop texture of AK4 rainbow , due to hero having range advantage and nut advantage? Now we bet small! I understand the merits of betting small but poker strat seems to contradict its self lol. Don’t think I’m cut out for poker 😢
" previous vids and numerous other poker content a big size is preferred on a flop texture of AK4 rainbow , due to hero having range advantage and nut advantage? Now we bet small!" I have the same confusion. The AK two-pair advantage in particular is noteworthy compared to a board of, say, A72.
there are different ranges and stack to pot ratios in a 3 bet pot like in this video or in a single raised pot scenario like co vs bb and there for you use different strategies
The big size is better in single raised pots (because the pot is small and you need to build it ASAP with your strong range). It's different in 3-bet pots.
Lucid GTO is easier to use and you get all game types and stack depths for just $49 instead of having to pay for them all separately. Lucid is in Beta right now, but it will soon have a lot of unique guided training features that the other tools don't have.
Well, I got all three correct, and....I haven't played a SINGLE hand of poker since the mid- 1970s (nope, not kidding, lol). Thinking of starting to play (lol, before I DIE) however, and I've watched a LOT of youtube videos...
tuff to make a correct answer when there are no correct answer aviable. for example at the beginnin on 722, my initial thought was 50% but u offerin only 33 or 67 when actualy 50% is correct one. Please bear that in mind next time. Thanks for content btw.
what happened to 1/3 c bets. i feel like watching upswing you were all about c betting small even with overpairs and top pairs and going bigger on turn. now the more video im seeing recently are saying bigger c bets

The options were bet small or bet big. 50% is a relatively big size in a 3-bet pot.
