Q1. At 3:25. P3 PLAYED Kclubs in order to make his hand but what if when turn comes to P4.... instead of playing 4clubs ....can he play troop card (i.e. any heart card) to make his hand. ?
Q2. Thus how to know if the game is fair. Bcoz the player who has max no of troop card can cheat by playing only troop cards to nake his hands in starting of the game only.

Because player on my left and right are partners. So hand goes to the team of player who threw badshah.
