Hate to spam this comment thread but I got my kit today and I just wanted to say thank you for the hand written card. A company that takes time to do that sort of thing is always appreciated.
Adding Soviet track looks like a trophy hunter taking a memento and displaying it to all, this is what I'm capable of.

I'm doing a combo Build on a 1/16 RC HL\Tamiya\Taigen \Tank Modelbau Panzer IV 'F' I built the older Tamiya 1/35 kit for the 'D' just to get an idea of the desert yellow paint. Thanks for building this one, Andy! Great video!

@@XZasCC I agree mate. Andy's an inspiration to me as well. He talks to all levels of modeler as a friend who wants us to enjoy our hobby. If I ever get to the US his shop is one of the first places I visit. The wife can do the tourist bit , me, well she'll know where to find me f a disappear for a day or 2. I like the white wash except for I was a tanker in Germany we hated white wash because when we came out of the field we had to wash it all off and of course put it on we had to get it all over the tank we never airbrushed it on or use the spraygun all we did was use rollers and brushes

Andy, you are doing a Russian winter scene on this tank. Did you happen to notice that the figure is not in winter dress. Even inside the tank dressed like your figure is dressed. He would freeze to death in a Russian winter. But your tank looks outstanding.
hi Andy, love watching the vids, got a few questions regarding other company`s kits of the Panzer 111 and it`s variants also the Panzer 1v and it`s variants, is it possible to use Tamiya`s 1 piece vinyl tracks if not confident on doing the assembly type tracks, individual link tracks and the metal tracks? also a question on the Panther Ausf G Steel Wheel version you had built would putting late war production exhausts similar to Tamiya`s Ausf G Late be a cool looking model hypothetically of course?

Another great video sir. I truly enjoy seeing your enthusiasm with your builds. A couple of things I did notice-- where did the coaxial m.g. go? Also, the left side hatch on the turret appears to be on upside down.
Hi Andy, great video, many thanks for posting! Congrats for the new online shop, please make available worldwide shipping as soon as possible. It would be great to include options for courier shipping. In many non-Western countries (I currently live in the Middle East), shipping through normal airmail can take ages and cause significant delays with customs etc., while reputable courier agencies always get through much faster and often more reliably, so the extra expense is more than worth it!

I never clue the wheels on before painting, as the rubber and detailing on the wheels is much harder if these things are on the tank.

Andy, I'm a very big fan of you and an old one at that :) just want to know how you get the motivation to continue model making? I'm bipolar and clinically depressed so that doesn't help haha, but I used to love doing it and now I haven't done anything for so long and it's genuinely upsetting, I enjoyed uploading the videos here and hearing people's feedback but now I just don't know, please help, you're the only person I could think of, you're my main inspiration

Have a question. Why don't you paint and weather the tracks on the sprue and then glue them on and touch them up after. That way you can paint the tank and not the tracks twice? I do enjoy your vids thanks.
HI Andy, Looks like you forgot to add the co-ax machine gun on the right side of the turret... Fantastic build otherwise. Can't wait to start my G version. Looks like all Border IV's have issues with the turret doors not fitting properly. Cheers
How long has the black under coat been used? i built kits in.the 1970s I never used a under coat except when painting winter snow camouflage

Think I’m going to do this to my Panzer 38. A Stalingrad 38(t) would be cool. Then I’ll do the same thing to a Tiger H, and eventually make some sort of diorama.
Hi from the UK Andy! Big fan of your shows quick question I'm almost ready to paint my king tiger Heng long after applying zimmerit and want the winter camo but what basecoat should I use? Did any king Tigers get painted grey? Or would three colour camo be a better base?? Thanks Andy

Andy, are the turret doors reversed on the port/left side of the turret? I believe the wider door goes toward the front of the vehicle. Could that have caused some of the fit problems that you experienced? (The weathering looks awesome, BTW!!!)
This is the one of your best models, I think you also could add more streaks and chipping?
I think Takom have released that panzer 3 with the shurzen now! I got the panzer 4 from border and the panzer 3 B/D from Mini art last week just away to start the p3 B/D today it's a beautiful kit! A panzer 4 hull with panzer 3 turret panzer 4 cupola etc going to be an interesting build!
Hi. Quick question - fairly newbie question : I am bulding a different kit and it specifically shows not to glue the track links together as they should snap. However, I have no more patience to retrieve the links when I try to pop them together and they fly across the whole room (giving the cat a great opportunity to go for a hunt). Should I just glue them together and let it go? Thanks!
I might be wrong, but it seems the left side turret hatches are glued on upside down.
I bought a german book about a pazer4 and Tiger crew. They went to Russia and used toothpaste for the white stuff..
