I drew a circle from Microsoft Word. You can also use a compass to draw a circle. You can search "Snap button set" on google . I buy snap button set from Shopee.

I don't know the name. In the set have 4 pieces circle plastic to draw seam 0.3/0.5/0.7 and 1.0 cm. Maybe found If you search google by "seam plastic circle" or "round plastic seam" my english not good hope you can understand.😊
