All of them look so realistic, and they each, while forming a cohesive exterior, have their own character and style and are all beautifully furnished. If I had to pick, the last one would probably be my favourite, but with your building and furnishing prowess, it is exceptionally hard to pick! I also love those nooks in the dormers or underneath the skylights; corners like that always feel so cosy! I imagine this will work wonderfully with the new expansion. Thank you for sharing! ❤
These are beautiful. I really love them as residential rentals. They just don’t get work in this lot. Because you have to have people going to school and you will need access to all of them. Otherwise they’ll miss class. But it’s really beautiful. It might work as regular student housing in this lot.
The House 1 and House 2 is suitable for introvert imo cause I don't want to awkward encounter when I walk in my house meeting several people in the living room or kitchen on the 1st floor lol
love the build will be putting it in my game in different worlds love that you made them more then 2 or 1 bedroom I have been saying I want more bedrooms in the apartments you do a really great job of decorating each one love how they look
I like the building and decorating ideas, it's a beautiful video... but I also dislike inconsistencies like: how do sims get on those balconies? There are no doors, but there are plants and stuff. But otherwise, thank you for the video description and tips and thank you for sharing this amazing piece of work you made there!

I wish EA would fix the inside out Moschino window. People always seem to not notice that it snaps the wrong way and forget to turn it around. But anyway, I actually came here to compliment the houses. Apart from the cringey windows then. ❤

perfect townhouse! i was just looking for a house for my dynasty to settle my relatives. however, when i enter construction mode i can't do anything, i can't assign apartments, i can't sell and buy new items. i haven't had this happen with other downloaded buildings. help please maybe someone has encountered this problem!:(
How do you create the top floor attic spaces, that are functional? I can never get it right on my builds!! Can you make a little tutorial? These attics with the desks and the windows on top are so cute!!
