This year 2022 all new students got a 'Sour' impression when they are allotted double occupancy in a very small single room. The room is for one student only. After putting two cots in room, there is hardly any space for movement. This is just like heart break on each student's dream. I believe - some visit from Management committee needs to be done. Otherwise it will dent on high impression in the long run. Hope IIT Guwahati management committee will look into it and accordingly allot single room occupancy in coming days. Some hostel washroom conditions are very poor ( Kapili, ground floor).

IIT G is my fav and I always wanted to be here but I messed up..I didn't revised didn't gave proper mock tests, now my situation is so worst that in Mains it seems hard to score a good rank.. I'm in drop year and IITG was my fav since class 11th.. My dream to be in this clg now seems getting faded💔
