Yohans' generosity of spirit is clearly evident here: Other members of his band get as much solo time as Yohan does! If he were a selfish person this arrangement would be all about him, but the nature of his heart compels him to share the spotlight. True humility!

It's also called being a smart musician. If you're on tour and one musician has all the solos, he will burn himself out. Have fun on tour while building comradery.

Yohan is SMART, there is no doubt about that. But you can tell he has a goofy sense of humor and a great personality. He's fun to watch and really enjoys inventing his arrangements. And you are right, he interacts with the other band members, especially Sani, the bass player, who amazes me with his quickness and the slap playing here, which is very unusual to see. These kids play like they were 50 years old and been together for decades. Excellence.
