I love falling from high places in video games because I know I won't die and I get the same feeling you describe. I felt some of these falls in my toes. Also- I hope you can find some good physical therapy for your arm. I had to have a whole bunch for my hand when I got bit by a dog, and I wasn't sure I'd ever use my hand again, but I stuck with all the exercises and now it works fine! It sucks when you have to deal stuff like that. I'm sure it will get better though!
Yeah, I'm just over 1 year and I'm just now getting a good range of movement back. I also FINALLY just got an injection (which really hurt!!) and it seems to be helping a lot.

I've been feeling really sorry about it, everyone deserves to have proper care, and health workers should take the time to really listen to their patients issues. I understand that a lot of places are understaffed and overworked, but making people who are already in pain even worse by not doing their job properly and being very dismissive of their experience, is not helping anyone. I'm disabled myself so I understand this unfortunate issue, I'm still having trouble getting proper care in some areas because the places covered by my insurance don't have very good doctors but going private is very expensive.
