These fish are fish and Virgin fish at that. They have never had a bad experience with a lure. So you can pause a second or two and they will hit the lure static. They suck thier prey in , not bite it. A lure paused on a slack line Is easy to inhale. Constant moving lures just take the bait away from the fish.
