      Not at all, Anderson showed the Chief's true colours. You're on the otherside of the divide and Anderson wiped the floor with him. The Met is too scared to do anything to these protesters, and if you know anything you would know the law already exists to deal with this disruption, the forthcoming law is to help underpin existing laws. It is a pity we have suffer the politicaaly blind.

    I’m an ex Met officer. Nobody conducts themselves in a homophobic, misogynistic or racist manner when a higher level officer is in their midst. This should be screaming obvious to anyone with half a brain. It’s no different to children acting up, and then adjusting their behavior when adults or parents then enter the room. It’s literally being aware of accountability being present.

      But as annoying as Lee Anderson is, he asked about his whole time as a police officer. A guy who joined the force in the 80s can't remember witnessing one incident of racism, misogyny or homophobia? Come on, we know thats a load of nonsense.
      The Police Chief could easily have just said 'yes but I can't recall any specific incident'. I'm with Lee on this singular point, the rest the Met Chief handled himself very well.

    Lee Anderson is 4 years older than me and brought up a couple of miles away from S Normanton. My dad was also a coal miner. I am so glad I did not turn out like him as a despicable and hateful person (not my dad, just Lee), though know many who are. He makes Ashfield a joke to Southerners.

These are all demonstrably true and reported facts that you could find for yourself if you actually paid attention for yourself

      As for your other example, im not aware of it.
      I live close to Lee Anderson's constituency in Nottinghamshire, and all of it is working class and many people were employed in the coal mining industry and its services. They are a no nonsense people who are very forthright with their words. It takes all types of personality to represent this nation. And he is a reflection of north Notts. And as for the Met Chief. As far as I'm concerned he's another woke establishment politician. An expert liar and i dont trust him as far as I'd like to throw you.

    Mr Anderson is a senior officer himself as Vice Chair of the Conservative Party. He refers to Met Police Chief Chief wishing that should have had more more than five years absence of leave. If the lastest polling data is accurate we can be assured that Mr Anderson will be given permanent absence in the next Parliament.     I’m not a fan of the police but everyone in that select committee needs to be sacked. These meetings are meant to hold people to account for the public. This was just personal and got none of us anywhere

    As an ex Met officer I would have ripped the rotund Nottinghamshire Chappy up for arse paper had he had asked me those questions. I’m surprised the Commissioner didn’t do the same, but then he is somewhat bound to follow the pleasantries of political chess. There was one unfortunate part of the interview. Unless the law has changed, there is a POA under the Highways Act for Wilful Obstruction of the Highway.
