One question is 'Under office sales', Washington state is not shown, which can be a compromise to the whole analysis. How to incorporate that ? Also, can you pls share the link to the excel files. Because the row field 'State' was taken from the primary data source (Coffee Chain Sales). Value 'Washington' from Office sales was not inside 'State' (From Coffee Chain)
Because Washington state is not available in coffee chain sales sheet. Coffee chain sales sheet was selected as primary source of data and it is not available in this sheet.

Sir what if measures from both data sources are same ex- sales.Then how will we add them by calculated field?
When we specify Sales field name , we precede it with Source like SUM([Coffee].[Sales]), so Tableau knows that this Sales belong to Coffee Source

actually i think these videos are from tutorialspoint website , they only provided files in their website not in yt
office sales was having 3 states when you showed in the beginning but later in graph (5:16) it is showing only 2 states ohio and Texas
