I watch five columbo movies every Sunday from 9 am through to 9 pm, I know every word of every movie. Their broadcast on sky TV channel 141 in the UK. Columbo is the greatest.
What an amazing 10 minutes of Peter Falk...... to do that with such ease, and when you have a star studded table full of guests and Frank himself, laughing like that, you know your mixing in good company and they love you.

Among his favorite targets of his personal attacks, over the years, were Dorothy Kilgallen, Rona Barrett, and Rex Reed. I don't think the audience cared about such things, but Frank enjoyed it, and it gave him some breathing time between songs.
It is amazing to see all of these screen legends on one stage from 43 years ago. And it is sad to know that all of them have passed. Regardless, this was a great and culturally historic video. Some actors can replace others for certain characters, BUT THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER COLUMBO!!! Rest In Peace, Peter Falk!!!
