This is such a nice chase of pace instead of that wannabe "pro" Trav4. you are honest and have such a postive outlook on the game. you dont blame anyone and you take accountability which is nice to hear. best of luck for the rest of the season. will be watching you for sure.
I mean Kas is also a Pro Hockey player, not some swiss cheese that couldn't hack it in the FED. I liked Travs videos, but the complaining and blame game got old.
I love these videos. The story/production/editing are all so high level. I’m not one to get starstruck, but anytime I’ve been able to talk to our AHL goalies I just get nervous and essentially blackout saying probably the dumbest stuff possible. You guys are all absolutely incredible.
Always fun to see a window into the life in the AHL. Staying mentally tough as a goalie after rough games can be tough and it's helpful to hear how you manage these situations. Great content Kas!!

Those have helped me a lot and I feel like I have improved and better prepared for my beer league games. Keep up with the awesome videos and I hope we get to see you playing in the NHL again. You definitely have the skills to be in the NHL.

Kaz, make sure to perform an update to your Rode Go Mics to get rid of the static issue. It happened to mine too and the update worked. Great vid as always
Question for y'all. So I'm a 13 year old boy from Finland (14 in September) and I really wanna start goalie. You might be thinking: we'll start. But the problem is I've never skated, and right now, there isn't many places to skate at. So I would have to wait until November/December. So should I just do it, or should I start another sport (floorball, football, baseball etc.)? Also my family isn't very rich, so if I started hockey in goal, I would probably not be able to get my own gear, and I'd have to use some gear, that is owned by the team. And I would probably not be even the 4th goalie.
Hey kid. If it's your dream to play goalie ,then do it if you have the chance. But bear in mind that at this age ,you probably won't become a pro. It doesn't matter if you've never skated before. Go to your closest rink and rent a pair of skates and start practicing. There should be a chance to rent out the gear while you save up for your own. If you truly want this ,then do it and make sure that you put in the work , no matter of you're the 4th or 7th goalie. All that matters is that you're having a great time doing it. Good luck kid!
