For years, I told therapists I really needed to talk with them from my home due to chronic pain and the effort it took to get to and back from their office. Eventually, I stopped getting their help. I'm glad to learn it is now a possibility to get counseling from home. In many ways, I can see being more open to the counseling in the comfort of my own home vs the additional pain I felt after driving to and waiting uncomfortably at a therapists office. Thank you for sharing info about BetterHelp!

I'm the same with religion. I'm not religious, but respect everyone's right to have religious views as I hope they respect mine. More often than not, people disrespect me for being atheist. I'm open-minded, and I was raised Christian. I just don't share those views anymore, but I'll still put up a Christmas tree, too, with my family. It's all about being respectful and letting people have their own thoughts and beliefs. ❤

@@AmandaATXo.o I'm lucky enough to have the family members/friends that I actually care about accepting me do accept me wholeheartedly. My daughter is 10 and is choosing to be atheist so far. I still teach her about religions. Like I bought her a Wicca book she was interested in. She knows I accept her no matter what she chooses and finds what's best for her. I cannot stand biggots or xenophobes.

I have the same mentality though I personally am a Christian. I don't believe in forcing my beliefs on others and am open to what others choose to believe. To me trying to force someone to believe what you do, whatever that may be,does nothing but push the person further in the opposite direction. As a teen my group of friends consisted of male and female. Gay,straight and bi. Christian, atheist and agnostic. Democrat,Republican and independent. Parents who were together while others weren't. And this was only like 10 people. However we could still be a group of friends despite our differences because we were RESPECTFUL of what each other believed! To me that's what of the biggest issues in society is people not being able to accept and respect each other's views and believes. So many people have the mentality of "think how I do,you're wrong if you don't and I won't accept or associate with you until you do!" It drives me crazy because that isn't how we should be! We weren't made from a cookie cutter. We are never going to be one minded and that's ok! It's good to have varying views! I just wish more people could get into that mindset because we'd be a far happier race!
P.s- I am not talking about being ok with varying opinions in regard to things such as hating and wanting to kill a specific group of people or things of that hateful mindset.

I am religious, just not the same religion as my parents would prefer, so I completely understand about having your beliefs disrespected. My parents are hard-core, hellfire and brimstone, end of days Christians, and I am Jewish because not only was my family Jewish until the last 2 generations, I also married a Jewish man. They aren't too pleased that I don't believe the only way to God is through Jesus...I cannot tell you how many times they've told me I'm going to go to hell if I don't accept Jesus as the messiah and savior. Because I love them so much, I put up with their fanaticism, but when anyone else says similar things to me, I make a huge effort to shut that person down and get the heck away from them as fast as possible. Over the years, I've learned there are FAR MORE close minded people in the world than accepting ones.

I always enjoy the questions you answer, and respect the questions you don’t really answer. Recommendations on your health are so unhelpful....people should know that by now. You have literally done everything....and then some. 🥰💯

I have DDD in my neck and totally always feel what you are saying when you talk about your health. I traveled to Ireland and Scotland even though it was difficult. When you suffer from Chronic Pain you have to try, if not whats the point in living tbh. I want to go back there to see more. I am an atheist, but respect ppl who are religious. I sometimes envy ppl who believe as when you suffer great loss at least ppl who believe there is a better place for their loved ones. Love your content!

Haha pausing to say, I feel like I am 23. And actually when people ask my age sometimes I accidentally say 23. Haha. BUT I'm turning 38 on July 3rd. And that is immensely hard to wrap my head around!

Jamie that so true!! I'll be 38 as well but on July 8th go cancers!! I can pass for a younger twenty something, if I can do that for the rest of my life that would be great 😊

Been with my husband 20 years. He's always traveled for work. I absolutely love it. Not to say that I don't miss him when I need that extra kick of help. Or some TLC. But that's okay when we do see each other. We get along really good. I think it keeps any relationship or marriage, absence always makes the heart grow fonder. For myself that's been the truth.

I was raised ethnically and culturally Jewish as well. I was also raised in an agnostic/atheist home. Which can confuse people who aren't super educated on ethno-religions haha. Being Jewish is magical. Super grateful to belong to such a beautiful mosaic of people.

I bought the purito foundation on your recommendation because our skin tone is very similar and I'm not going to lie, I thought you were insane when I squeezed it out of the tube. I mixed it with something else because the color looked off but today I decided to try it on its own after watching this. I don't understand the sorcery, but it looks beautiful on the skin and a good color match when I blended it in.

If/When we're able to travel abroad again, we have The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, South Korea and Japan on our list. Not necessarily in that order or all in the same year, but those are definitely our top travel destinations at the moment.

Not if, when. The idea that this bug would prevent travel is absurd. Not saying that absurd things don’t happen(cuz they do all the time...just look at 2020/2021), but I think you’ll be able to travel soon.

I was abroad before the pandemic. We're in Japan. It kind of sucks with all the various prefectures locking down, but it's to be expected and it's for everyone's health and safety. I've enjoyed it. This is my second time living in Japan.

My first post covid abroad trip will definitely be to France! My longtime friend lives there with her husband and had a baby in March right as lockdowns were happening. I was actually set to go this past September but obviously everything got cancelled. So, hopefully things will continue to get better everywhere and I can finally see her for the first time in like 6 years.

Taylor, I feel you on the age thing. I'm turning 33 this October, and I still feel 25. It's bewildering to look into the mirror and see wrinkles already forming, because HOW. Mentally and emotionally, I will forever be frozen at 25 and believe firmly I am the coolest 25 year-old in existence. What reality says is irrelevant. Lol. 😂
