@Gnubnub A leader doesn't have to do administrative tasks, trust me on that, thats why we have assistants at work paces, bosses dont do all the work. A leader is someone who simply communicates what he/she's been told to say. A leader simply tells what needs to be done, achieved, basically what the mission is based on what people want or has been advised. The how part of it all, he leaves to the intellectuals who know what to do. All he wants are results and monitors from time to time.
@Gnubnub You dont understand politics do you? You think its all about intelligence, wrong?Besides I see Malema to be intelligent because he understand our problems and is fighting to solve them. We will rally behind such a man. Malema doesnt have to do anything or even lift a finger, he will have those who went to school do whatever needs to be done. Thats what leaders are for, to assign work or a tasks. Melama knows what his people neeed, economic freedom & he's been chosen to drive this thru.
@Gnubnub Your logic here is so dumb...did you go to school or what? Some thing dont't need even one to go to school because they are straight foward and require common sense. I see that you dont have that common sense. Do you listen to your boss? A good leader is one who listens to his people. We're happy with Malema because he's listening to our plea and problems. We're prepared to defend him until we realise our goals.
@Gnubnub A good leader would choose those he know or think they are good at what their doing, he listens to the advise he gets from his advisers and other bodies. If you think you're good at something go to Zuma he may give you a job. I guess politics is not your area since you dont comprehend how the game is played. Read a bit of history, may be you can be educated, even your history will enlighten you.
