What an amazing, interesting and utterly fascinating man Brian Blessed is. So warm, genuine and just full of life, an hour with him must be the ultimate anti depressant, I've just watched him for 13 minutes and i can't stop smiling. I've loved this mans voice since i was a kid, and I love him even more for this interview and the depth of his soul that he willingly shared with us all.

I read his biography a few years ago. Highly recommended. There is literally nothing that fazes this man. He just doesn't stop. He was in old, classic Doctor Who. And I remember one of the villains surrendering because he didn't want to be yelled at anymore. Everything he's done has always been bloody mesmerising. Adventuring, singing, writing, acting, bellowing, doesn't matter. The man is a bloody legend.

Wow, how on earth can anyone live up to that? This man is akin to the embodiment of all that is good in the world. Brought a tear to my eyes. Now if only the other 8 billion humans could have just a tiny sliver of Brian's soul instilled into them the world might be a nice place to live.
