Sir... The value of S will always be 3 right?
Because the number of steps are 3 as you told in the previous video.
So why call it S, the formula could simply be T=3N/R, right??
Please let me know if I am wrong.
Basic performance equation is T=(NxS)/R
T=Time
N=no. if instructions
R= clock cycle speed (cycles/sec)

you can also save your time by watching it in 2x speed
R = clock rate not clock cycle
