You've made some great progress. It's amazing what something as simple as reed fencing can do to create a tiki vibe. One suggestion--that cool walking stick you have looks super dry. It's probably been exposed to UV damage and other weathering since you said you had to stain it to get some color back. I'll wager it will benefit greatly from a couple applications of Howard's Feed & Wax. It's what the folks at Pleasant Tiki recommend for restoration of old Witco pieces, and I can speak from experience that the stuff works wonders.
