Seems you could print the covers on a 3d printer as well and eliminate the need for the acrylic cutter. Make them with spokes if you want to add some visibility to the innards. If it is designed to turn in only one direction you can design your wave bridge accordingly and cut the number of diodes in half. They eat voltage and amps. Impressive feat nonetheless. Just a lot of work for a little amount of energy, but as a learning project might be fun. I made a generator to attach to my pet hedgehog's running wheel. Was DC and designed to operate in either direction he/she was running. Man needs a hobby...
Also, you should design it to use rollerblade bearings that are more easily available to the general public, and usually cheaper.

Because of number of winding and number of neodymium magnet. If number of turns are more than the volts will be increase but power will decreased and size of neodymium magnet was small but no.s magnet was more the volts future increase and rpm is also responsible for power output but since he turn into dc generator . But direction of winding is also responsible for power output

Magnets have a "north" and "south" pole, but yes, these do and you alternate them and the winding directions.

1N4007 rated @ 1A , 12V bulb low lighting means 6 to 9 V maximum => impossible to get 90W. Fake numbers as usual
your correct, I build pico or micro axial flux alternators, what he did was try to convert a 2 pole to 8 pole. The rotor, I found from another project on thingiverse.....
90 WATTS @ ? VOLTS?I would think that to be more realistic it should be like maybe 6V-90W or even 10....But, to get higer Voltage, you require higher AWG enamelled copper wire, like around at least 30AWG, not 0.5mm or such. SO, higherV- thinner wire, higher current-thicker wire.....To do what hes doing, you would need at least 150 turns per coil I am sure. And, another big red flag, why no insul on the faces of the stator? Tear down any hoverboard motor,which is also an AC Alternator, and you will find that every side the enamelled copper wire touches the stator, there is plastic insul under so you dont have 100 percent copper steel losses. Sorry but, D for Doggy Broke its Bones!
Oh and the 3d printed BLDC motor he did, had the most awful terribad winding. Wild winding NOT OK!!!! I can tell for sure that he has absolutely no idea what hes doing.

how do you calculate the wire number to be used in this generator ???? i can use any numer or there are many rules to use it ????
Thinner the wire, more the turns and higher the voltage & lower the current will be.
Thicker the wire, less turns and lower the voltage but higher the current created.
Also add the reaistance. You can also get more power by using really strong neodymes init. And make it so much easier to build as I am sitting with exact stator and I figure I will use 3 wire @ 0.5 mm easier to turn. But I can squeeze more than 20 turns I'm sure
Die Drahtstärke bestimmt den Strom. Dicker Draht bedeutet auch weniger Windungen und auch weniger Spannung, aber viel Strom, bei dem gleichen Platz. Dünner Draht bedeutet viele Windungen und viel Spannung, aber weniger Strom. Die Energie bleibt gleich groß.
Um mehr Energie zu erreichen muss Drehzahl höher werden, oder müssen die Magnete stärker sein. Es soll aber auch Tricks geben, welche die gegen EMK (Elektromotorische Kraft) gering halten. Das führt im Idealfall zu einer "Freien Energie Maschiene" ..... Ich kenne diesen Trick nicht wirklich.
