I've been to Afghanistan; which could be considered to be an actual war zone. While in my stay I've personally seen children be children by playing with their friends, doing art activities, play football (soccer) and other sports. In other words, its not the environment that we grow in, its the people we're surrounded and influenced by..... just my opinion 🤷🏾♂️

Why? Every time some mega bucks athlete or entertainers set up a school for black and underprivileged so , it fails. Give it a few years… it crashes. The only institutions that excel and do well long term are very diversified. Have many high achieving whites and Asians. It’s indeed “the culture”. Blacks want to blame anyone else for their sloth while raking in the big bucks with drug and gun running. It pays better.
