I Was Sold A Fake Polo Shirt

I bought a polo shirt which was listed as an authentic. To my surprise it turns out the shirt is fake.
The seller has sold thousands of items on his eBay page. Seller(dymoda) sadly the seller was able to trick thousands of customers out of their money.

I highly doubt it's a fake, you get lots of variation with ponies especially at outlets which could be the source of this. Polo has inconsistencies all over from release to release, lastly why would anyone rip off a brand so cheap?
