The Long May It Wave license plate only has 48 stars on the flag, so that means its pre-1959. Prices vary depending on the condition. A severely rusted one was going for $40.00. Better condition ones were pricing around $125.00.
The "Five Little Pumpkins" wooden hand made sign is TOTALLY awesome, as is the fact that you n Allie bought it n brought it home for display from it's cool old Salem home with the little older lady who so beautifully made it, to your cool new home to give it a future for many more Halloween's to come!!! Gteat choice!!! I have a trivet in black just like the one you were just showing, n it is also VERY old and original on my kitchen stove to hold spoons n pots, etc. Great collectors think alike!!!
The "Bee Smoker" is awesome. I have never seen one of those in my 66 yrs of life, n my Grandfather was a "Gentleman Farmer" for years n years as I grew up. How cool to find it n even cooler to actually know what it was!! Attaboy, Justin n Allie!!!
Yes! DIRTROOSTER!!! We watch him. Saw him take out a yellow jacket next under a trailer!!! It was crazy. I like him. He is a real down to earth country boy!❤❤❤
Fascinating video! I used to work with a guy who was an engine builder for "Big Daddy" Don Garlits, the drag racing star. He once told me that while there can be several reasons for a check engine light, most of the time it's only an oxygen sensor. This is a really cheap fix, and only takes a few minutes. No need to fear!
Loved this vlog. I’ve been a collector for years 70s on, collecting 20s,30s,40s and 50s items…..I collected many spoons from all countries, had the spaggettio spoon too. Would have loved to have a booth like you. I sold at many flea markets, church sales. I still have a garage sale every year with my daughter. Great shop you have there ., Happy Christmas holidays! ( I’m a big Adam fan too, that’s where I found you) 🎄🎅🙏🏽
thanks justin for the Knotts Scarry Farm video. what's really scary to me is the lack of knots boysenberry products. Wheres the jams amd especially the Boysenberry pancake syrup? I cant find it anywhere these days. Did you know Mickey mouse is no longer Disney's official mascot? times are a changin. Happy Halloween 🎃
I just watched this video tonight, and I wish I had known you guys bought some New Hampshire plates while you were here. I have a huge license plate collection of all 50 states including multiples of all the New England states and TONS of NH plates from my old cars and friends cars and junkyards. I would have given you a bunch for free if I had known and could've contacted you. I think it's really neat to see you now have some of my home state NH license plates in your booth at the antique store! I'm sure the New England items will sell fast! 🤘🏽
I'm only about a decade older than you, and my parents kept bees in our yard (in the city) for awhile when I was a kid. And my dad would use a bee smoker to calm/chase them away when we needed to collect the honey. We burned old pieces of burlap sacks in it, because that made a thick smoke. This would've been in the early/mid-1980s, not a million years ago, haha.
A season pass holder to knotts sister park and same type of event. Agree as a season pass holder you take in a less busy schedule on a regular visit and just relax but still enjoy all the things
Was in that area a couple weeks ago! They have so many cool shops and antique stores in that area. Didn’t know your booth was in there. I saw it and told my dad “omg I know him” lol
AWESOME Shout out to the clown girl wearing and standing up on toe shoes, from a former 66 yr old ballet dancer to a current clowny one- Attagirl, toe dance 🩰 on, from one who was a member of The Detroit Chamber Ballet Society of 1980's, Liz Locher!!! Happy Halloween n NEVER stop Dancing!!!
Hey Justin, I have some info for the Speghettio's spoons! My Mother said she paid for mine and my sister's through the mail! She had to include three things in the envelope: a check ($ unk), Proof-of-Purchase & a coupon (most likely the order form). We still have our spoons & they are in great shape! I'm hoping this info helps! Feel better from your Paris Trip 😮 soon! God's blessings to you all.
The A. W. Faber pencil case with accompanying matching pencil ✏️ is super cool. I hve one of THOSE too!!! We are like collectors in spirit across the country, as I am in Ohio. Happy Halloween 🎃🦴⚰️🏚️☠️👹 to you both!!!
I just watched an old commercial. (be cause I remember Uh Oh also,) While the kid does say "O, O, O, during the jingle, at the end it says Uh - Oh Spaghetti Os.
I'm from Australia so I can't get to the booth. Is there any way to check it out online, and maybe buy some? You have such AMAZING stuff.... I'd want it all 😁💙

That metal stand for a pot is called a Trivet. I have a black cast iron one on my stove that is from the 1800's. Love trivets!!!
I love reading the comments.
The bee smoker uses wood chips or ribbons of wood from planeing wood flat. And smokers are still used by bee keepers.

I remember going to Knott's Scary Farm and seeing Elvira. And, somehow, I remember the Statler Brothers singing "Elvira" during her show.

Hey Justin, I had a Mickey Mouse spoon like that when I was young in the 70's. Great to see. Also, the iron "pot holder" is called a Trevit.
the salem trip was awesome, nice booth.
Justin the metal thing you put under hot things is called a trivit. Some were just black cast iron and some were brass.

That Tony’s seasoning on your table is made where I live in south Louisiana!👌🏼
"Long May It Wave" license plate shows a 48-star flag. Probably dates back to at least the mid 1950's.
Love your videos. I saw you there in knots. Great work .🎉

Next stop: Home Shopping Network!
So Justin, those Speggetttos spoons looked like they were real silver due to the tarnishing they had.
Table Talk was absorbed by Entenmann's.

I was watching your video and was wondering if that is a picture of Nick Zametti on your desk...
"Sliding" was invented by Knott's but I've seen other parks using it. Did Knott's franchise it out, or, did they (the other parks) steal the idea?
