Life can be rough for all. This year has been the most challenging for me… I found your channel and want to thank you because you helped me more than you know, just being able to tune in each day. The days I really need some encouragement, it nice to hear someone that can speak truth.

I judge myself and expect to be punished of don’t being perfect every day, and I’m so tired. Don’t understand it, want to be free of the fear that’s filled this life.
You will experience greater and greater freedom as you get closer and closer to God. It often takes more time than we would like but it all does shift. I recommend supplementing your spiritual work with reading daily messages from the book "Jesus Calling." But don't just read it. Believe it! ~MM

Dealing with anxiety, fear and depression for decades, and it’s honestly getting so tiring. Wonder why life has to be this way, and whyI feel like I deserve what I’m going through. Too much sadness and tears. I ask God to help me, cause I can’t do this alone.
