I thought of doing this with traffic light intersections about 15 years ago. "Fuzzy logic" enabled cameras at the tops of traffic lights on busy intersections to optimize signalling (within rules) to maximise traffic flow and minimize unnecessarily stopping cars. I did an ergonimics study of traffic light intersections in the late 1990s as part of my industrial design degree. When are you guys gonna do the traffic intersection one? It would save many many tonnes of harmful car exhaust emissions every year. You'd sell way more units than rail
