My most favorite song from HAHK!!! And one of those golden solo songs where SPB sings for Salman. He did wonders while singing solo for him. And if Suraj Barjatiya is the director, the song creates on-screen magic too.
And, a salute to RamLaxman for composing great music and giving us beautiful songs, especially in MPK & HAHK! 🌻🌻

I'm glad they kept the scene at the start, one of my favourite scenes in the movie. I can tell Jimmy probably heard this song more than once, he sang the song in tune 🤣
Vintage Salman, back when he concentrated on how to say dialogues. Tonal changes in voices, he rarely does this anymore or modern movies don't require you to do that type of acting.
I would recommend watching Khamoshi, has beautiful songs, it's more of Manisha Koirala and Nana Patekar movie but Salman provides some good energy to a somewhat depressing movie.

The translation or transliteration isn't actually that great in this.... I feel sometimes, a lot of meaning is lost in the process...
In the section he sings - Woh hai Nisha, woh hi mere zindagi ki bhor hai.. It means "She is Nisha (her name also hindi word for night).... She is the dawn (bhor) of my life"
Here it was written, she is nisha, she is the direction of my life.... I guess the meaning is conveyed but the beauty of the lines are diluted...
