there is a real trader who did this and hes worth 150 mil or more and he definately did not start out with millions and hes not a boomer. BNF from japan. well documented hes said its like a video game to him

what im saying is that all these guys that fake the funk aren't really out here doing those types of trades.
the real ones you never hear too much about and its for a reason.
they're not selling courses online.
Mike Ser trader's channel highlights and documents these real ones. and he even sometimes talks to them if they're still around. a lot of them are still multi millionaires to this day because they got into other business and expanded their portfolios and used the trading money to invest in other assets
Just what I was thinking a week ago with a mobile game that I am playing 4-5 times per week for the last 3 years or so. Even though I had many defeats I managed to accomplish high rank levels on every characters that I was able to unlock.
So I thought to my self, " There are times I am consistently loosing in the game, and other times I am consistently wining. But the end result is that I have accomplished a high rank. So this should be my mentality on anything I do in my life, even on trading !"

Unfortunately with video games (or any game), you can only lose 1R per game. No matter how rekt you get or how bad your team gets blown out, it's still only one game. In trading one bad "game" or session can destroy your entire career.
I still liked the video though. People do awesome on sim because trading is really easy. If trading were strictly a video game and not about money, it would be the easiest game ever.

I can't remember where I read this but it really helps me and I have it written on a post-it note and stuck on my laptop screen.
*I don't know if my trade will "win" or "lose". I'm simply putting myself in a position to take advantage of a move if it comes.*
You can't care because the market consolidates for weeks on end consistently. Your job is to trade so you survive what you know is coming then make that back and a bit more when it's not consolidating. If you go back and look at the NASDAQ in any 1 hour chart you will see that it hardly moves from any 1 point most of the time. These periods eliminate the get rich people consistently.

I had considered this before but then I just threw that thought aside as I compared it to a multiplayer shooter which I am worse at. Thanks for the idea of single player game....and these are the games I enjoy more than multiplayer 😅

I was iffy on your channel at first because of your style of doing it but I like how you make it very simple to understand and don’t try to focus on the technical terms.
Man this is probably the deepest video you’ve made ppl just don’t understand how impactful this can be. You have to change your whole perspective on trading so that it’s not as threatening. I like the idea of not losing all your coins or else you have to start over. I’m a big ready player one fan so that is how I now envision myself as I trade. Good stuff ✌🏾

Happy to hear that :). As soon as my internship is over in May I think, it’ll be trading and TH-cam 24/7. I think I’ll make another channel specifically for live videos, but I’ll let everyone know when that time comes.
Thanks buddy, i really want to learn and grow as an individual in trading. I have all the knowledge about trading but still can't perform well. But i know its not an easy road , it'll take years to develop proper skills . Can you suggest me some courses or youtubers that i should follow ?
@@ecstasyrealm6803 well, if you are trading options or stocks, Matt Diamond is a great one to watch for live trading. His opening range break strategy is very specific though. He only trades one setup, and that’s what I was using in my old videos. Clay trader is great to watch to see what you shouldn’t do with stocks and options. Day Trader Next Door is the greatest futures trader I have ever seen and he is very humble. I’ve shouted him out many times, and I see a bunch of my subscribers always commenting on his videos which makes me happy. I’ll lyk if I think of any others. The ones who upload trading strategies are almost useless. My SnD video was never made with the intention of getting a lot of views. I had about 20 subs when I did that lol.

No. I’ll be uploading live trading videos after my internship, probably on a second channel. I don’t get to practice as much as I wish because of college, so I figured it would be a better use of my time to focus on TH-cam in by spare time.

Great video - except it made me want to down load old video games....
Paper trading is easy because you have no skin the game. When you place a trade with real money, market maker will find ways to stop you out. That's why real money trading is hard.

I played league of legend 3 to 4 year then I only become good at it and I play it everyday when there is time, then now I realize if I can do the same in forex I can become a successful forex trader too.
