INSANE MONSTER CRYSTALS intercepted at Diamond Hill Mine, SC! Crystal chasers target amethyst!

- Crystal chasers take advantage of the anomalous warmth at Christmas time and head to the legendary Diamond Hill Mine outside of Abbeville, South Carolina! The goal was a massive amethyst crystal but any beautiful quartz with POINTS were incredible. We had to navigate around a new massive sink hole that closed the west entrance to the mine on Diamond Hill road. We found some HUGE points that had potential to be purple, and the clean-up process revealed some awesome surprises. NEVER stop crystal chasing.
We've seen some monstrously large quartz crystals in the Greenville S.C. area during the last four decades. Very fun and beautiful!

Awesome finds! I always use iron out to clean the iron oxide stains off of my geodes here in Bloomington, IN unless you prefer them that way. It always makes them shine HARDCORE.
